These Terms govern your use of Piggy Sudoku (package com.astrobyte.piggysudoku), provided by AstroByte. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. License
AstroByte grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules.
2. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the game except where law expressly permits it; bypass security or advertising controls; manipulate rewards, progress, ad impressions, or ad interactions; distribute modified copies; infringe intellectual-property rights; or use the game unlawfully or in a way that harms others.
3. Game progress and availability
Progress and settings are generally stored locally. Clearing app storage, uninstalling the game, resetting progress, device failure, or changing devices may permanently remove them. We do not guarantee restoration of local progress. Features, levels, rewards, and availability may change as the game is maintained.
4. Advertising
The game may display third-party advertisements and offer optional rewarded ads. A reward is granted only after successful completion is confirmed. Ad availability, content, and delivery are controlled in part by third-party providers. You must not click ads fraudulently or attempt to generate invalid traffic.
5. Intellectual property
The game, artwork, characters, logos, text, audio, code, and other content are owned by AstroByte or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Google Play, Google, and AdMob are trademarks of their respective owners and do not sponsor this website.
6. Third-party services
The game may rely on platform and advertising services governed by separate terms. Your use of Google Play and Google advertising services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
7. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, continuous ad availability, or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroByte will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss arising from reliance on game availability. Any mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
9. Termination
You may stop using the game at any time. We may suspend features or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service discontinuation, or a serious violation of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
